  Hope your not portraying the same attitude to them in your emails as you are here.

  Shrude, you come across as a sensible man, so my guess is you must be able to understand that everyone looses his patience at some point. One maybe a bit earlier than an other. I'm rather sure steveosh's first couple of attempts to get in contact with SupersonicAds were different from the frustration you can read here.

  I did the exact same thing, but some people don't have corporate lawyers they can cc, you know...resulting in them stopping all communication and taking credits from my account instead of trying to resolve outstanding issues.

  The cynical treatment you are giving Steve now in this last post lacks classiness as well if you ask me. You yourself experienced how poor the performance of SupersonicAds is. The fact you are getting many credits from them doesn't change a bit about that.

  You could google Coca-Cola complaints, or WGT complaints, or My Little Mermaid complaints and get the results you WANT if yu try hard enough.

  The people in WGT threads whining and complaining like you just don't try hard enough. Yes, we shouldn't HAVE TO, but if you pursue it, ESPECIALLY if you have used your credit card, you will get paid.

  It's like those whining and complaining about Speed Boost and no way to turn it off, when they just haven't TRIED  hard enough.

  I am sure there are more people getting paid then there are who aren't!

  Bad news makes the news all the time.

  I don't have issues with them, ..anymore.

  Their support system here is definitely BS, but, if you create a ticket, then email them with that ticket number as well as your proof, you will get paid.

  I do.

  I ONLY do the ones worth the MOST credits.

  I've done MegaFlix been paid. Social Dieters tells you in the name itself it is a Social site.
  I didnt do that one as the payout was less than the investment.

  If you see the ticket has been rejected, dont create a new ticket, just email them again with the same ticket number.

  Email them over and over and over.

  Take screenshots of every step that confirms you are completing the requirements:

  

   

  Send them the copy of your registration confirmation email.

  They require the email header. Best way to get this is click FORWARD on the email, the header appears at the top containing; who sent you the email you are forwarding and who they sent it to, date & time.

  Copy and paste this ENTIRE email into your support/ email to them:

  I am sorry i know this is beating a dead horse, but I am tired of trying to deal with supersonic to get credits that have been due for now 1.5 months.

  I have contacted their so called customer service. they tell me to send in a pics, so i did, don't hear from them for 2 weeks.. now come back and say they ca not help me until basically I download another program  or use a different program (Chrome or IE)....

  I have given all the proof through email several times.

   

  I  know WGT gets some money back from supersonic BUT they make more money off of us....  SO IF WE START A PETITION on getting rid of them,  then they should listen.

  going to find a server to host the petition..

  will give the link in a bit...

  Personally, I just pull out the credit card.  :)

  I thought I would give supersonic one more try to make good. I deleted an app from my facebook that I was denied credits for. I went back to the offer and did the reinstall taking screenshots all the way. When I went to see if it was listed in the pending section it was already rejected,,,WTF???

  I earned 700-something credits today with their free offers, and have some ~1k in pending tickets awaiting. Please, WGT, don't remove Supersonic Ads. These guys are awesome.

  they would be fine if they PAID EVERYONE. but they don't...

  thats the problem,  people like you and think of ONLY of themselves is the other problem
