Match play challenges

  As WGT has kind off got to grips with sand bagging, would it be possible if match play challenges were set for the green speed of the lower tier level opponent, i feel this may help in getting Legend players to agree to challenges from Tour Legends players.

  There are many Legend players willing to rise to the challenge of championship green speeds but there are many more who see a Tour Legend as an opponent and "run for the hills" citing the green speed as an excuse.

  Us Tour Legend players, have earnt our stripes and I'm pretty sure we would be happy taking on challenges at the green speeds of our lower level opponents.

  I'm very happy to report that recently, there have been a couple of legends who have risen to the challenge. I don't know if it was because of this post and I;m not sure if i can name names due to WGT rules, but thanks to you legends who do step up to the mark.

  I'd still  like the green speeds set for the lower tier players  though WGT..

  I'm one, told ya earlier I'd play you in a heartbeat, very fun indeed, very close, and great chatting.

  There's more to it Steve, they say green speed yes, advantage you as you play them all the time, but also by making TL, you have shown and proven an ability to go low, one which your opponents have not yet achieved.

  Just had a great match against a lvl 3 hack, yes I said are you sure, are you really sure, you really want to do this.

  I want the new rules reversed for MPC, let me decide if I want to take on a lvl 70 TP or amateur, I'm quite capable of making my own decisions.

  I have grown rather tired of it taking 30 minutes to find a match now, the baggers have almost all moved on, those that are left won't play due to promotion rules.
