    Hello I am a newbie to this site. just saying hello and "HELP" havent figured out putting this as yet. its killing me.

    As for putting, there are good tips over there ==>

    Some notes from my experience:

    - putting is linear, 5% stroke means 5 % length.

    - length depends on green speed, varying with your tier.

    "Standard" is equivalent to the scales, 30 = 30. Fast, very fast, tourney each provide 10% longer roll.

    Uphill and downhill calls for adaption, about 0.7 feet per inch on Standard greens.

    Sidehill slopes require extra attention.

    The first task may be to bring the ball close to the hole with the first attempt. These may be valuable helpers:

    Printable putter scales

    and off-screen ruler.

    I'm over 2 years on the site now, I haven't figured out putting as yet and yes, it's killing me.
