I hate to go against the grain, but it is not hard to make Legend this quickly if you set your mind to it. I had never played this game before when joining in September, and did it in 23 days - before the anti-sandbagging acceleration too. By chance I joined near the beginning of the month, and got to play the whole month off the front tees in the monthly tournaments I signed up for. As soon as you hit a high enough level to unlock some half decent irons, scoring 30s and 31s off the front tees is not hard, even with starter balls. If I had any interest in starting again, which I don't, I'm pretty sure inside 10 days wouldn't be too hard even without any sandbagging acceleration.

It's pumping out the +500 rounds to get to Tour Legend that's the hard bit!!

Theoretically he could have been playing since he was 11 yrs old as a guest and opened an account at 13 yrs old....so 2 yrs exp with starters, 29 not that difficult then on slow greens ?

    +2

And I am sure that in no time whoever this player is, will have starters equipment and the gifting to another id will start. And to have made legend in only 24 day and a MERE 49 rounds, will once again be winning RGs and challenges.

My understanding is that the only way to gift equipment is if you buy it new in the pro-shop so what good woud having multiple accounts do if you had to spend real money or credits?

I mean I think something fishy may be going on in the amateur level tourney I am playing I mean my 2 under par was to me a miracle, but the leader who started playing here just a few days ago and has 10 rounds total played is leading with 13 under par and with worse equipment is averaging 25 yards longer with greater accuracey on his drives.

Now I did check and there are indeed 20-30 accounts with the same name but different numbers or other subtle differences - but again I see no real advantage of buying good clubs and gifting them - why not just keep your precious crdits for you good player.

Sorry folks, but I'm still not buying it. Just my personal opinion, based on the players I know here, many of them very computer savvy, and intelligent to boot. If it took them as long as it did with a single account, then to come on here and do it in that short of time, I just don't believe it is possible, the math doesn't even add up. Again just my opinion, no need for bashing here.

They sell the clubs for credits from the higher tier & then buy lesser clubs & gift them to themseves at the lower tier.

I thought you could not use the higher clubs that are gifted to you unless you were at that particular level therefore it could be in his bag but cannot be used until he reaches the satisfied level.... Or am I wrong????

This is exactly what he is saying.  The first account sells off the higher level equipment for credits, then turns and uses those credits to fund buying the level appropriate equipment for the other account.  Basically, the new account gets the best equipment as it moves up the levels.

Regardless, multiple account cheaters do exist and it does suck, bcs every time I see a really low score posted by someone at a low level (particularly low level, high tier players who are still able to shoot really low) I tend to think they are cheating, when in reality they may not be.  We all know they are doing it for the credits, because if you can win every challenge and ready go you are never going to worry about credits and you can amass a nice amount.

Oh well, I'm still having fun and I'm not cheating.  So if those guys want to spend their time cheating online games, I guess that's their issue.

My mistake, I see what you are saying now,,, I just don't get it, I am working my rear off to get to Legend and it seems I will never get there ... Must be doing something wrong, I only play CC tourneys, and just started playing their Premium ones, I play practically all Ranked rounds ,,, I know I am not that good but it seems like its taking forever and they try to get there.... I am lvl 89 Master I think a 63.75 average ,, just can't break the TM mark to head to Legend... Just want to move on so no one thinks I am sandbagging,,, sure not winning a bunch of creds,  matter of fact I don't think I have won any,,,, Thank for your reply.

That's insane, clubs are worth what 10% when selling them, that puts this theory to the crapper IMHO when there are ways to just dump the credits to the other account. Nice work columbo, but back to the drawing board.
