    ..........or is it something that is being quietly forgotten.

    Nothing new/unusual since the intro to the putting CTTH, don't think I have missed anything since.

    Anything coming or should I just forget it?

    Loudmouth Company Inc. announced a tourney every month in their welcome mail and many new features in their FAQ - last year, 2012. Their staff explained in September that there would be nothing more to expect that year: True.

    Has anyone experienced the escalated customer service?

    I take it the ball gift is the only promise they kept.

    I think it was more of a gimmick to make players feel "special" and return to the game (and Pro Shop) after testing the nike balls. Ended up as just  a pretty flag next to your nickname.

    You gotta be kidding Alosso, lol. WGT told me they would send me back some credits after i purchased something that did not work. This was in November. Despite the fact i have sent them numerous e-mails (around 10) asking for them to honour what they said they would do, they have flatly refused to answer my e-mails.

    Beware of typos! :))

    From the FAQ: ==>

    WGT NATION members who contact support services at nation@worldgolftour.com are prioritized and typically have their questions answered the same day.
