Powerman600000:
its hard for some to stay green when wgt has as many failures as it does... helping you to lower your % by forcing you to reboot because your screen continuously locks up....and I have fast internet speed.
My Internet Service provider is a small, rural communication cooperative, so I have a slow internet connection (3 Mbps). But, I rarely have connection or screen loading problems. To Play WGT I use an older Dell Optiplex 760 computer I bought as a refurbished unit, but I have a standard, daily maintenance routine that keeps my computer working very well.
I have an additional regular maintenance routine I do just before I play WGT that takes about 3 minutes to perform. I clean all my browsers caches and then close my browser. I then run CCleaner to clean up my system caches. I then re-open my browser and only open the WGT game client tab. Once I have logged into WGT I right click, choose Global Settings to open the Flash Player Settings Manager and verify the settings I want to use are in force. I then create the WGT I want to play.
I play 18 hole ranked stroke play multiplayer games pretty much every day with just 2 players. Almost every day the other player has 1 or 2 issues with loading or a disconnects. Occasionally the other player has 3 disconnects and gets booted. Most of those times I am able to finish the game. Every once in a while I can't, but that happens so infrequently I have never had a completion check mark that wasn't green.
So my experience leads me to believe that most players having loading and connection issues in multiplayer games have those issues because their computers are not sufficiently maintained.
Note:I don't play Alt Shot games.
I look at your post and note it is in all lower case letters and it lacks the appropriate punctuation. Do you take the same half-assed approach when it comes to maintaining your computer?
