How do i join a country club i hit the send me a request button but it say's
i have already received one and i don't see any button's that say join the club.

When you send a request to join a club the club owner is notified of your interest. If the club owner wants you to join they will send you an invite that goes directly to your email (the same one you have registered to your account). If you receive an email invitation you just need to click the confirmation link in the invitation to join the club. You just want to make sure you are logged in to the site before you click the link to accept.
