Your ball should be replaced by WGT if you notify them with the replay.

The purpose of notifiying WGT is so they can fix the bug that is behind that funny shot. Sending an email to request a replacement ball isn't really worth one's time I would think. After all, judging by all the posts in the WGT forums, shouldn't the bug issue be the most important thing? And yet, nobody has specifically mentioned it!

I for myself decided to leave this the fun topic it is/was. Wining about (lack of) bug fixing goes on in other topics. I guess we all do understand this ball response is a bug.... it's just too damned funny to not laugh about.
