  there are many benefits depending on what you are looking for.

  there are heaps of things to benefit personally I've dropped my game you meet great people and you can play in Private tournaments.

  one of the best things is you'll meet people that made all the mistakes your going to make already and be able to guide you thru them.  also they'll be able to help you make better decisions when upgrading equipment. usualy one member in every cc has tried almost everything wgt has to offer . if it has a teamspeak or ventrillo server also you'll  be able to talk while playing rather than type which is a big plus.
