Since I hit the Legend tee I have found a few trees in the way that weren't before. I think the 3 in 1 driver feature is the selling point. Not sure I will buy it though.

It depends how far is really does drive, I would like a little more distance and was planning to wait until the slightly better 280 yard G20.

Don't waste your money. This new driver isn't even as good as the level 58 G20 driver that is available 17 levels sooner and 355cr cheaper. Period.

You don't get three in one. You get three in three. If you want to put all three in your bag you'll have to drop two other clubs.

Seriously? Ok, this just got real interesting. I notice that you already have one in your bag, maybe you can write us a full review of what you think about it? The way WGT wrote it up, it sounded to me like there was 3 different lofts available in one club. I just assumed (i know, i know....don't SAY it...lol) that you could change the loft like you can change the increments on putters. But if what you're saying is the case (not doubting you here) then I would have to reconsider. Gets to be a pain changing clubs in and out, depending on the course. Already doing that with golf balls, don't need to be doing that constantly with clubs, too.

so you can use your present driver, hit it regular, add top spin or back spin, or buy this club and be stuck with one of the three ways for an entire round? as P.T. Barnum famously said, "there is a sucker born every minute"

Although I haven't used it, I agree with critical opinions regarding this driver.

    - it's much easier to get used to 1 setup (e.g. (almost) high trajectory of G20s) and play with spins occassionally (like to clear trees in some holes of Olympic, Whistler and Congressional) than to alternate between the 3 - similarly as it's advantageous to have consistent meter speeds among the clubs.

    - it seems that the most useful (high trajectory) setup is significantly worse than G20s.

So overall, this seems yet another shiny (and pricey) thing which maybe sounds sexy but doesn't help people to improve their scores.

Maybe they will still release some Nike driver for top players but I doubt that could beat the R11S.

I rented it as I was confused about how it worked. 3 clubs and none work as fairway wood.

I know this doesn't affect me but I am curious as to why the Nike driver newly introduced at L75+ is more expensive than say the G20s introduced at L81+.

This club is inferior to the G20 in all aspects other than an insignificant difference in meter speed.  A 6 level difference is also insignificant particularly the speed at which people can level up these days  Obviously, the R9 will become obsolete in time.

    Happy hitting......

I have no doubt the lower level ones will sell like hot cakes, Great job regarding level placement there.

But I for the life of me can't see the reasoning behind the L75 driver, nor do I see to whom it could even be appealing (unless you have irrational shopping habits, too much money and/or are bored with your current driver). There are very simple reasons why it makes no sense to me. At level 75 most probably already own either the L58 G20 (270y) or the L68 RBZ (275y, but lower trajectory). If you already own either one of them, why would you pay that much for basically no improvement. Especially since you're 1 month away from the L81 G20 (280y), which costs LESS, but outperforms the Nike in every aspect.

I just don't get it, but I'm sure there will be people who'll buy it only for their looks. If we didn't have those around, we'd all be playing with the same free avatars. But the L50 driver will IMO become a bestseller in no time at all. And so it should, looks like a great club for it's level placement. Kudos to WGT on that 1.

Well, if you just want something different, ask WGT and they might make the L81 G20 customizable by color for 70,000 credits.

    Just saying.

if WGT had done the smart thing and made a 290 yrd only avalible to L and TL and between LVL 80-90 somewere this would not even been a question.

290 is hardly a good idea when people are already shooting low 50s.
