can't upload photo?

I've changed my Avatar, but I don't seem to be able to find the upload a photo option?Thanks for any help....

To change your profile picture, visit your profile page and click the "Appearance" button (here: http://screencast.com/t/eIxMgzqDcjC) and then click "Upload Your Own Photo".

Then click Browse to find a photo on your computer. Please make sure that your photo is a valid image file type (.jpg .gif .png) and that it is under 4MB in size.

Click "Upload Photo" to see a preview.

Select the portion of the image you would like to use, and click SAVE to upload your new profile picture.

Sorry for a bit mean language earlier, but I'm able to think of what you advised.. the problem is I don't have the button to browse for the photo... tried all kinds of browsers with same success..

Tried to upload new photo, but keep getting the same error message: "Photo Could Not be Uploaded." The size is not a problem, it's 90x90 and I've used it in the past. Noticed this in the path field: [C:\fakepath\Pirates90x90.jpg]
