I was having the same problem when I was using Internet Explorer and also couldnt access my profile page or equipment. I switched to Maxthon3 and everything works great now.

I have the button but it tells me fake photo's so now what is wroong with wgt

8:45am, New York time. Still unable to download new profile picture. Am afraid to try downloading anything right now. Hope our engineers are doing more than just knowing about it........

Add me to the list. I'm having the exact same problem using Google Chrome.
I have the same problem.If the engineers are on it.....all good.
same problem here and emailed wgt...still cannot change profile pic @ 04:15pm UK time.
Using Chrome by the way as I normally do , tried other browsers but to no avail.
Yes ...I have been able to change photo in the past.
