can't upload photo?

  I can't tell you how happy I am to hear (or read in this case) you were able to "confirm" a problem !?!?!? Why take someone's word for it ????   LOL

  1:39pm in New York......still can't upload photo. What kind of engineers are we using? Computer Tech engineers, or the engineers that drive trains?

  At 4pm in New York, I am confident that our engineers are on the wrong track. Bigger problems have been fixed in half the time. It's time to bring in The A-Team!!!!

  A-Team didn't work. 1:15am, New York time, still cannot upload profile pics. The so-called engineers may have been informed, but they have the darn train on the wrong track........OBVIOUSLY!!!!
