    Hey all.

    I don´t know if im the only one, or if you guys are experiencing the same problem.

    I have answered a few surveys and participated in a few competitions, to earn free credits.

    The problem is that i dont get my credits, and when i contact supersonicads´s support i dont get any answers only rejection, i have contacted the WGT support to but they aren´t answering either.

    Now i´m getting dusins of phone calls from sales people and a ton of spam mail, thats to expect except i have nothing to show for it.

    What can i do i´m a bit frustrated :/ i also attached the mails and screenshots to prove it but it didnt get any other result.

     Please help.

    i've had the exact same problems with them, i found to email them (supersonicads) directly worked better than the "support" on WGT - they paid up eventually, just keep bugging them and don't take any *** :-)

     

    you can find their email addy in the T&C's at the bottom of their ads page

    thank you for that, im sorry to see that many people experiencing the same.

    i have now writen a mail for every ticket to both support@supersonicads.com and customersupport@supersonicads.com with screenshots of the pictures. 

    im hoping to hear from them, what i dont understand is, why dont wgt lean on them a little bit about their service level, when all comes to all bad service from supersonic equals unhappy customers at wgt? 

    im not saying remove supersonic just a friendly conversation?

    its sad to see this great game loosing great players because of small problems like that (that seems easy to fix)

    great ive been emailing them non stop for the past 2 days still no respond or reaction :/ i even tried calling their office in london, they told me someone would contact me but.. they didnt, cant find the mail you are talking about, can you please write it down here? :)

    make sure you send them a separate email for EACH ticket number, helps you to track them as well.

    Weekend now, give em a few days, then email them ALL again,

    forward the original emails you send asking for a progress update, wait a few days and DO IT AGAIN

    A little update. so i´ve been emailing them non-stop ever since i made this forum post.

    And i actually got ahold of a supporter who asked me for the ticket numbers and promised to reply, guess what, he didnt.

    I´ve called them 2 times in total and the sweet lady promises to get ahold of the support and have them contact med, they didnt on the second call she got anoyed that the support hadnt contacted me. (she seems service minded)

    but now! still nothing.

    I´m at my wits end, Please WGT support do something! WGT Pizza or someone, you havent even replied on this thread, do you guys even care about our satisfaction?

    I´t seems like everytime i contact you with this you say, "contact supersonicads" support, Well i DID and still nothing.

    And im pretty sure in game support are able to do something!

    They stole 2700 credits from me, the first time i emailed support (they responded within like 30 mins, yeah even i was surprised) they said send in screenshots and anything else u find relevant & we'll help you out i even have the emails to prove it, i did this & i'm still waiting for a response, that was on the 4th of January, absolutely pathetic in my eyes, great support sounds like this other poor golf game i used to play...

    So i´m still tryin. called them for the fourth time, got a dude named carlos, he told me to mail him and he would do something, well after a week still nothing. i contacted wgt game support and they ignored me to so guessin no body really cares! sad, so sad. The funny part is when you see the wgt "admins" write something they always finish with "stay classy" Wheres the class in no support/service?
