Match Play-Lost Credits

  I was in the middle of a match when the site went down and when I came back I lost the 100 credits wagered on the match.

   

  Can I get those back?

  E-mail WGT, tell them about your situation and they should reply anytime in the next 24 hours.  I think the eamil is Members@WGT.com or something like that..

  Hi fancyfeet,

  I would recommend emailing us at the address mentioned above.  FYI, we do post our downtime announcements in the News section, generally in the late afternoon or very early evening.  Be sure to keep an eye out for any downtime announcements so you won't be caught off guard next time.

  I was once in a MP challenge while a downtime started ;  next day  , my balance was the same as if the match hadn't started at all...so worked out fine for me.
