transfer of C.C. ownership

  Our current C.C. owner is transferring the ownership to me.  Do I need to do anything?  Approve the transfer?    Thanks in advance

  once he or she initiates the transfer, you should get an email to accept the transfer. once you do, you'll be the new owner

  The former owner may need to quit and then be re-invited. That is if they want to.

  after you become the new CC owner , you may not have all the tools ---> like to edit or delete any post written by members in the club forum ...which is an important tool to have if you have a member who writes something disrespectfull ...if that happens , contact WGT to get it fixed.

  I'm still waiting for a message confirmation to "transfer ownership"  I very helpful WGT member said I need to "issue a ticket"  not sure where.  

  Can anyone help?  It's been 10 days since this started.

  At the very bottom of each page is a footer... a list of links - privacy statements, terms & conditions, contact us, etc. In the middle column of the WGT footer is a "Help/FAQ" link. Click on it an you'll be taken to a page where the end of the very first paragraph reads "... contact our Customer Support team by submitting an issue ticket."

  You can click the link in this response, and the rest is for future reference... just in case you ever happen to run across another issue on WGT, which is highly doubtful given their track record.

  I too have a CC owner who is trying to transfer ownership to me but I get no notification or ability to accept. No email, no message, nothing. I'd like to take it over but have no idea how to accept it.

  "Missing Email problem" - the worse part of it.

  Icon, can the transfer be done by WGT manually?

  My vote has been cast for Kelsey to take over Pizza's position :-)

  Actually right now for whatever reason, you can not transfer ownership.
