How can someone become a Member of WGT without a proper Email address

A bit puzzled at the question. You need internet to play WGT. If you have internet you can create an e-mail address with any free provider (mail.com / gmail.com etc.)

Yes it is possible to make a account with out a e-mail address you can put loads of crap in and they will is take it as a account so thing is you will not receive any e-mails from Wgt and if you forget your password you will have trouble getting your password back.
