Hi mikeva71,
The game completion percentage only records games you complete and game you don't. If another player leave, you will not be able to complete your game and you may loos percentage points because of it.
Fortunately, the percentage is not easily manipulated so as long as you complete all the game you have control over, it will outweigh the games that you lose percentage points due to other people leaving.
