I have been under the impression since I started playing here (May 2010) that my state of residence (Tennessee) would not allow me to play in Credit Games on WGT. But I clicked on the WGT Golf News page this evening that had two pictures on it under the heading:

New Country and USA State Tournament Eligibility

One of the pictures said that "Your state is now eligible for credit games on WGT". So I got all excited and without reading any further, decided to go try it. I chose the Week 5 Mutiround open for 100 credits, got on the 1st tee, noticed that my wallet was 100 credits lighter and thought "am I supposed to be able to do this?". Because if you go to the page for that specific tournament, it plainly states that the tournament is not open to Tennessee residents. So what's the deal?

Don't even sweat it friend, because the cheaters have such a hold on the credit tourneys, it would take a miracle for you to place anywhere near the money on the leaderboard anyway.

A sad fact but true nonetheless!

You might get the unfortunate notice at the end of the tournament after you played and your credits are gone. You might want to ask WGT for your credits back and explain exactly what happened.

One other thing I'd recommend is not reading, listening to, or crediting inane drivel like this from players talking out their @$$ who haven't a clue what they are talking about.  Chances are this player will respond with more stupid nonsense.  Ignore that as well.

My guess is that the individual tournament conditions haven't been adapted to the new conditions yet.

Thats cool, I live in TN as well and it won't let me enter a credits tourney, probably a good thing though.  :)

giantfan5611 - I agree with you!  It amazes me how many people will sell their souls and their integrity for a few fake pennies.  It really shows us how low some people have become and how little they they honor their honesty and integrity.  It truly is an outright shame, but it is on them.  I will put my honor and integrity above that.
