YankeeJim:At this point I would say uninstall CD completely, DL it again and install it. You may have a corrupted or incomplete DL. Then come back to the 7 steps and follow them exactly.
That uninstall/reinstall solution has worked for me in the past. Sometimes, browsers seem to develop conflicts between browser settings, site involved, and extensions and plug-ins added to the browser (e.g., Flash) - and they get stuck.
If you try your PC's system restore function, you might be able to 'go back in time' to a point where ComodoDragon was working well for you. I've been fighting browser availability for WGT play issues for almost a week now, and using SystemRestore was a help.
