Hey drake. Skype is the name of the program. So there isn't a "best" Skype.
Google Skype. It's a free program and a good way to stay in touch with fellow CC members or Guild members when looking for matches. You do not have to use headphones or have a camera either. Just use it like an instant messenger once you add contacts/friends.
