Player who disconnect when playing bad

  I´m sure all of you have seen some master or pro tour player (also less ranked ones) who disconnected (closing the window) when they know they´re going to lose average cause they´re playing bad with a less ranked player.
  
  For me this is really annoying cause I have to wait 3 minutes to start the game again. I would like a confirm window or something similar where you advise to wait and forfreit the game and also for me it would be a good idea to penalize this attitudes.

  Thanks for the suggestion. I would like to point out that if a player leaves early they lose points toward their "game completion percentage". The green/yellow/red icon by a player let you know how likely they are to complete a game.

  Is it still true that the other player who is left sitting in the lobby will lose a point as well because he (without his fault) will not be able to complete the round?

   Do you still get XP's when they quit on you or is all lost then?

  LOL!

  You certainly get the XPs for the strokes that you made before the quit, but completion XPs are only available for those who completed the game/match.

  what happens when yu are playing, does not matter whch typ of game skins, mp,or as.  the game stop, the message appears "here appears to be a problem etc."  you go back through and get back to the game  this happens a couple of time in your round. after the third time you ae booted because the message says you ixconnected three time when in fact the game disconnected.  you (me) losse your game, completion % at no facult but the game.

  Not in A/S. but AFAIK you lose the completion %% without your own fault

  - when the opponent quits

  and

  - when the game is discontinued due "unexpected problems".

  I still think that someone has to be donde with this people more than get down his competetion percentage, also lose levels or something similar, increasing her average points.
  
  Today I could not end ANY OF THE 3 GAMES I STARTED! ALL OF THEM LEAVE CAUSE THEY´RE LOSING!
