I turned in a decent score, 7 under, on 4/2/ 2013 and finally made Legend and I am really enjoying the game again. Its like playing a whole different game when you tee off from those back tee's.

Trying all the courses and the ones I was having trouble with as a TM now seem easier for some reason. Maybe its because my old hazards that I used to hit are no longer there. he he:~))

    It's a great game

    Mel

Well done. I'd avoid Kiawah for a while if I were you.

Great Big Gratz! Legend really makes alot of course make more sense. They just feel right. Enjoy the new tips and challanges Mel that lay ahead. Course that were tough as a TM may seem easier but other course that were easy as TM may be more hard now lol.

    Gratz again!

    Mes.

WTG Brother Mel, welcome to big boy golf!! Let the good times begin. You're set up with the right stuff and now all you have to do to get really confident is learn the 3, 4 and 5 irons as approach shots.

Your observation about seeming easier is right on. Just think about that miserable fescue on the right side of SA4-not in play off the tee anymore without a hellacious wind. Then again, CCC4 has trees you now have to think about off the tee. LOL  Good times ahead.  :-D

i would also add the 3w that you'll now be using on some par 3 tees ...

Yes. Punching this out of up to 40-50 lies is a great recovery shot, too. See BPB back 9. :-)
