My experience is very mixed.
An inquiry about email problems, addressed to "escalated Nation support" via nation@..., received no answer in two weeks,
an inquiry via the contact form in the bottom about this Nation support lead to a case no. and a quick answer from members@... about the email problem (which I didn't mention in the form) and the information that the avertized Nation support mail account may not be the best way to contact WGT.
An additional query in reply to said answer, addressed to members@... only brought up a reply stating that additional questions should be posted to members@...
*scratches the head*
No further action from WGT for 10 days - I hesitate to use the contact form again because we are well aware of the "bookbinder Wanninger" effect, translated as "to get the runaround".
