    500 as a Legend.

Is it 500 rounds before your average stops fluctuating?

I didn't keep exact count but it was more than 460, so the 500 figure seems pretty accurate.

In my fading memory, for some reason the figure of 200 comes to mind until your Average stops going up in Legend Tier.

There is also a different calculation for people below the average of 60 and above 60 and I'm not quite sure about that.

One thing I do know... If your Average didn't go up anymore as Legend and when TL was introduced it was 100 ranked stroke play games and an Average of 60.0

Yes. I kept track. When the TL tier first came out those that already had their rounds saturated needed another 100 to make it. At that time the Legend saturation point was 400. Now it's 500.
