I don't think anyone is defending cheating, and I doubt that "most" of the players are cheating. In fact I think it's a very small minority, so no need to add to the small amount by telling everyone how to do it and where to go. Inform the community that this is out there, yes, but don't get more people involved.
The way you are approaching this topic makes me think that you are more jealous of the players shooting better scores than you, and are trying to find a way to make yourself feel better, rather than actually trying to find a solution to this problem.
