Need putter advice

  As a new player, which is recommended? The Level 51 Nike Method or wait until I reach Level 66 and purchase the L66 Ghost Spider putter? Any advice for anyone? I could sure use the help. Thanks!

  A putter is personal preference. Whatever you get stick with it. Both of these putters will do fine.The nike is a little slower, so if dinging is a problem it might sever you better. I personally use the upper lvl nike and would not change unless something much better comes alone, which is not likely.

  I'll throw in the lvl 55(?) Taylormade Daytona Rossa, a good putter at a good price.

  You aren't buying putts with the putter, just a better tool to make them. Whatever you pick, trust what Lonnie says about sticking with it. It will take a few rounds to get the feel for it and a whole bunch more to master it. The worst thing you can do is expect a dramatic difference. Each putter has its fans and you can find good tips on using whatever you decide on.  GL.

  Thanks  everyone! I bought the level 51 Nike Method putter for now. 2DamFlashy gave me an awesome spreadsheet to go by as a reference for it. I'm pretty stoked now.

  Good on you! HF. One thing you should know if you don't already-miss the ding on the downhill side of a breaking putt and you will always, always miss it.  :-)
