  A wild guess:

  Single play tournament, during the kick-out the round was cancelled and it now counts as an illegal second entry.

  Alas: Should it not show WD for the player then?

   

  Icon: Is it still email or is it the website form to contact WGT?

  both work, but we prefer when WGT Nation members use form from the website to contact us.

  Today I advanced to Legend, was given 225 credits, thanks. And was promised 500 free credits, clicked on, then I bought 5000 credits. However I have not been given the 500 free credits. Please can you help.
