  All I'm saying is WGT is a business they are there to make money. The lost ball problem is a easy fix I explained that in a earlier post. 

  I my self make sure I always have enough balls, and if I do have to chose I buy more, you are going to do that anyway. But the fix is easy and if they was going to be nice then they would implement that feature.

  Courteney is 100% correct, you cannot continue if you do not have the exact same ball with the one ball rule- so you would have to forfiet (ie disqualified) the round. WGT at least allows you to finish, albeit with a range ball. Surely this is a better option than automatic disqualification?

  And as pointed out - you get the option to buy more balls when you get the warning on the first tee (or when you are on your last ball). For the time as a member the OP should have known better, especially when credits are involved. No sympathy from these quarters!

  I know the ball rule. I had an exactly equal ball in my bag, black  "X slow meter",  but not purchased at the same time. That's why i tought it was no problem. And I think it is a quick fix if WGT wanted. But I understand that it won't happen.

  It wasn't the 'exact' same ball, or the ball you lost or whatnot would have been replaced with that ball. There are four different MAX balls, you must have had one of the others. Even the same same ball with/without a vapor trail is not considered the same ball. Live and learn...
