Anyone share my thoughts on all clubs unlocked and available when you reach legend tier+.

I would like the R11s driver now available at level 94, it was originally available at 90, but from what i've read anyone could get their hands on it a while ago.

Personally i dont see why it cant be made available, its not like i'll buy it and not play this game anymore, i'll still level up and play as much as i do now so in theory its a no loose situation for WGT.

I just dont want to wait till frikin christmas!

I have always believed in Tier specific equipment but I assume WGT leave it level based so players will want to upgrade (and more often than if it was Tier based) upon reaching a certain level. Its the carrot dangling in front of some of us that keeps us perservering.

Edit - it would also stop the Level 97 Pros having such a huge advantage in games like A/S - ie another way to stop baggers

With more and more people reaching Legend with low tiers, I don't see this happening. You will have to buy the next best that you can. And then when you do reach the 94 level, you will buy again to get the big sticks. I agree 100% that all clubs should be available to Legends. This would cost WGT money, so I see a slim chance. I am just waiting for my R11's and my R11S driver and 3 wood to be obsolete. They are less forgiving by the day, which raises a red flag to me. After 200 games as a Legend, I seem to be getting worse, instead of better. Thank goodness my partners in AS are friends, and forgive the fact that I suck.

    +1

And after all thats what it is about - the friendships and laughs along the way. One of these days hopefully the laughs won't be about my bad game lol.

I think I like it the way it is.

I would go further though and make all clubs dual, i.e. you need to be a certain level AND a certain tier to get them.

Why? Multi accounters, it is my personal opinion (perhaps based on the fact that I'm not very good at this game) that those who get to Legend in very quick time are at best re-starters and at worst multis. This will make them wait, they will not be able to take all the credits in all the tourneys, they will just have to settle for little bets from the gullible. Ok so genuine super talents will be hindered, but if they are genuinely that skilled then I'm sure they'll also have learned patience.

+1 .... people using the anti sandbag measures as a means to tier up should have to wait just like all of the rest that have made the tiers by taking the time through lowering their average and achieving the levels necessary to unlock the equipment. You want to rapidly move up fine go ahead but as it stands right now there is a penalty for doing that by not being able to gain better equipment and IMO it should remain that way.

Like many on here every time I tiered up sooner then a level I could obtain better equipment for that tier I paid that same penalty for it but I had the satisfaction of learning to play decently with what I had to play with at the time. So as far as I'm concerned if you got it quick then learn to play with what you got until you put the time in just like everyone else has had to do.

If something is worth having, then it's worth waiting for, as my dear old granny used to say.
