I purchased many sets of golf balls in recent days. Only to discover the balls I paid for are being taken without me loosing them in play. Why am I loosing the golf balls that I paid for? And if there is any chance that I could get those balls back, it would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Balls that are purchased have durability attached to them. The amount of hits that you get is dependent on this.

When the meter runs out the ball is automatically replaced with the same kind of ball or the starter ball if you have no more 'purchased' balls of the same type and colour.

Hitting the ball O.B. or in the water costs a ball as well.

    Happy hitting

You got lucky with the avatar screw up. Don't press your luck with the missing balls. Just

hit em straight and wear them out. They will come up missing all on their own and the help of the WGT gremlins. LOL

Clicking on Customer Support is way more likely to get some action from WGT than whining in the forums.
