  Kicking and screaming I think the system is about as good as it can be.  It is not to be confused with real world handicap, but it's about as good as it can be in an imperfect world.  Bit like Winston Churchill on democracy:))

  That said I see a TMaster wants to play skins for money with me and they are L99 with all the gear and an average of 61.2 I don't feel the need to spot them 30 or 50 yards a hole LOL.  My choice..............in an imperfect world!

  So here's what you do. Agree to play him for a nominal sum and then lose to him on purpose! His average will drop like a rock and he'll find himself in the Legend tier with his head spinning.  :-D

  Interesting YankeeJim.................We all know the games...........I do know of a couple of perpetual TM's around Level 61.5 /62....perpetually seem to only play skins for money, but from what I can see WGT just let em GO!......I appreciate Match Play DOES have an affect on theie status but does SKINS?? Not so sure!Long and short I just can't be arsed I guess..........easier to just give them the flick at forum.................Would love  personally promote a few though LOL

  Re: a real time moving average, I just look at my par3, par4 and par5 averages and do the math it takes to create a playing live average based on par 72 once a month. This month my playing average is 66.14. Our stats are based on ranked games from the very first one, not per tier,  so I like the playing average instead as it's based from day 1 as well.

   

  Although, I'm about 300 games into Legend so I suppose my WGT Legend average is correct for my tier at the moment since it's not saturated yet. Overall it's just a number at the top left of the screen. Means about nothing.

  Personally (on average score generally) I work hard on mine.  When I first hit Legend I shot a 72. All the tees suddenly in the car park was a huge shock for me with my L70 something equipment maybe not as suited to it either.  Anyway I am enjoying nudging it down slowly but it sure does seem to move slow.  If I shoot low great and if I shoot high double drat it, but it goes in the pot..........that's me.  Some only put good scores in, not the way I care to play :))
