  When can I play the second 9 hole round in the Week 10 Olympic free tourney

  I can only "practice" today. (Thursday).

  I think round length is announced in  rules but if it's a multiweek tourney, then it's once a week and so on.

  The Free Weekly multi-round tourneys are round1 Monday-Thursday, round 2 Friday -Sunday. It shows it in the game client.
