I like this idea best as players risk no credits and can restart if they wish as they get used to the UL gameplay. With nothing to lose and only experience and fun to gain, this is the way to go IMO.

Best way to practice AND to compare your game to other's at the same time.

Finally, thanks WGT! Fixing that bug surely now opens the door for more full-scale official tourneys... what chance the return of the Uneven Lies Invitationals?

I don't know, but it is an interesting notion.

First of all, thanks again for the UL tourneys. One request however: it would be nice to also have a 100 credit 9 hole tourney, as before.

50 credit ones are not very meaningful, if one has to pay 25-30 credits for ball usage, and the 300 credit one is very tough... :-)

A free U/Lie comp is a good idea.... maybe a single comp each week instead of unlimited.

Unlimited comp means you just restart game if your having a bad hole and end up with a great score.

Still don't like to see it standard play though :)

I've just played my 1st uneven lie RG, 18holes best of hardest. I now feel like a hack all over again...No complaints about laying these on, same rules for all so no problem....

A question though, as RGs are ranked rounds these uneven lie rounds will affect our stats, won't they?

I shouldn't be worried, as a Tour Legend i've reached the so called promised land, but it would be nice to get my average back down to that of a legitimate TL, ie sub 60.

No chance of that if I'm playing uneven lie RGs , high winds and champ greens at "best of hardest", now,

All the same, I enjoyed the challenge, next step is to break par....
