I posted in another thread about cheaters, and it got me thinking of Live Streaming some WGT, if there is enough interest. I know I'm a no-name moderately skilled player, but if there's interest, I would be interested in doing it, especially if it doesn't bog my computer down too much.

Or are there any live streams of WGT going on, and I just haven't found them yet? If there's enough interest, I'll do the streaming, and play against the viewers.

Thanks for the link flashy. Good to know some are doing this, but also shows that not many are interested in this type of thing for WGT. Maybe the age demographic of WGT plays a factor? I don't know, but I know most of the other games I play and follow, online streaming is a huge part of the community, and I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often with WGT.

If you want though, and if you know him well enough, mention to Legendcrusher about broadcasting on Twitch.tv. Is strictly for gaming, and could bring in more viewers and new gamers to WGT. I'm not sure how livestream works, but on Twitch, he could sign up to be a partner and make money off the streaming, of course that's with enough interest.

I've seen LC play several times through his stream and always is a laugh, plus you get to see quality players.

LC doesn't use twitch as my memory it slows his system down. Im sure he will comment on that lol

    Hi guys,

Was just told about this thread. I was wondering why I had something like 70+ viewers...lol

Anyways, you are more than welcome to come out and shoot the breeze.  I got a few buddies that are drunk, so it makes for a good time...lol

When you click the link, you will see a chat section on the right hand side, type something in it.  It will ask you to sign in, just put your WGT name in there.

Love to see ya out there!

PS, Twitch and my computer don't get along.  Makes me run at 100% CPU and is non playable.  Think it's more my computer, it's a Wal-Mart day after Thanksgiving sale PC...lol

Let me know if you need any help setting up a livestream.  You have to tweak the (preset) settings to get the best FPS/CPU usage.  Would be more than happy to help ya out.
