  Just a quick one.... Is it 500 ranked rounds you need when you first make Legend before your average stops fluctuating.

  Yes 500 is what I have been told. I have probably 300 ish as legend and will fluctuate .1 usually at most.

  just to add to this folks. When those 500 are played, is it then that you have to hit the 60 average, and then another 100 ranked rounds before you turn Tour Legend?

  It's both conditions in parallel: Minimum 500 ranked rounds AS WELL AS max. average 60.000

  Late edit: There's additional "100 rounds" only for those who have been saturated (1) Legends in Aug 12 when they introduced Tour Legend.

  (1) formerly after 400 rounds
