  I've noticed that even though I play in various tournaments my average score of 67.2 never changes.  Why is that?

  Only ranked stroke play games affect your average. You play mostly CTTH.

  Each ranked score below 40 / 80 should lower it.

  Certainly the 36 of today.

  Hidden in the FAQ which has no paragraph for simple stroke play:

  (ranked rounds are) 9-hole or 18-hole Ranked Stroke Play rounds or Stroke Play Tournament round(s)

  Ranked games (or rounds) are 9 and 18 hole stroke play games that you can either play on your own, or when you enter a stroke play tournament, or when you join a multiplayer stroke game (e.g. your match play).
  
  If you click on your stats, a few lines down will show your number of completed ranked rounds (which contribute to your stats) and should include all of the above.

  Thanks for all the responses, but I keep playing ranked rounds and my 67.2 never seems to change, up or down.

  You played only one ranked strokeplay round, the 38 of yesterday.

  The others, matches, CTTH and Blitz, may be rated but not ranked, they do not count.

  Since your average is saturated, it will not move up. You might just have to play better ranked strokeplay rounds.
