  Hi,

  Why is this game not in widescren? Surely it wouldn't be hard to punt this game out at 16:9... Feels like i'm playing a game from the nineties :D

  Perhaps this will help

  The game was designed in the 4:3 aspect ratio.

  Because everyone doesn't have a 16:9 aspect ratio computer display/TV display.

  As Do I, on mine. I provided a link to BTB 's  post on how to do it.

  The 16:9 aspect ratio has been mainstream since 2010. This game is designed to the lowest common denominator in computers cpu and  monitor wise to appeal to the broadest market.

  Although putting in an option to use it wide screen without changing the desktop size would be appreciated.

  Plugged my pc into my TV via HDMI. played the first hole on a 60" tv, took nearly two hours to hit the ding, screen was that large it was comical!!

  Thanks for the tips guys, I thought it may have been a flash graphics thing where they are unable to add widesceen mode...

  I'm sure it would be a simple add-on for them and just lazy for them not to implement this in the future!

  It was answered. Those having 16:9 displays are in the minority.

  GFL if you expect someone from WGT to respond to every thread started on these forums.

  Particularly threads that have what is in fact not a very good question.

  By the way, HDTV displays, which are typically 16:9, has quite a bit less resolution than most computer displays
