  i have the same problem but only when i use comodo browser if i change browser to maxthon carousel works fine but maxthon does not perform good on tha game

  To ANY of the WGT STAFF,

  I have now tried 6 different browsers and I cannot get ANY of the ads, (With the exception of the peanut ads which are shown off site in the Take Survey tab).

  The Carousel just spins in one direction and is completely un-responsive to any clicking on it. All of the other ads, including the more options tab, will not work..

  WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE SORTED PLEASE!!!

  I stopped being frustrated by it and am just damned angry now,that this has been allowed to go on for so long.. Is no-one working on it!!!!  OR COULD NO-ONE GIVE A DAMN ABOUT US........

  I use chrome and it quit working for too. I re-enabled pepperflash and it started working again. I can now watch the videos and get credit. Try that.

  Yep, With Pepper Flash enabled Watch Videos seems to work with Chrome.

  So enable Pepper Flash to earn credits, but disable Pepper Flash to play the game.

  I'm sorry to say, but it seems the people that maintain the various parts of this web site are quite a bit less than competent. If it was a high school student programming project that got turned in, I would have to give the Watch  Videos section a mot passing grade.

  Fyi, just back from Easter Holidays and the carousel is working with IE10 and not with Chrome. Bye

  Hi guys, i used to log thru Comodo browser and tried going Google Chrome and worked for me. give it a try with GC

  I use comodo, IE and Google Chrome.  Today the carousel was just spinning in comodo and chrome. I switched to IE, was able to get views fine, but not xtra views, carousel just disappeared from half of screen.  In all three, screens frozen for video. Finally switched  to pepflashplayer.dll in chrome and was able to complete all activity.  Not for game use as stated. Thanks Searay27.

  Haven't had any here for over three weeks

  Yes, I still see those frequently, at least several times a week.  I haven't been able to view them since all this began though.

  Yes I get them every day. Not many of the 5 credits ones but the 2 and 3 credits ones I get every day. sometimes 2 and 3 times a day.

  As for the Carousel being unresponsive. At this time any chrome based browser that does not have pepper flash will not open them. Any Firefox or IE based browser will open them. There are 2 very good 64 bit firefox based browsers that work very well for both the game and the videos. Pale Moon 64 and Waterfox.
