Carousel completely Un-responsive

  Tried everything that has been suggested in the last few posts and still nothing!!!!! When I try through IE all the carousel video's are pushed up into a corner and I get the message, ''we cannot open these at the moment, Please try again later''.

  I have not had any views for over 2 weeks now and it is getting me a bit MAD!!!!!

  CAN YOU NOT DO ANYTHING WGT OR ARE YOU NOT BOTHERED ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS.. I can't even message Livegamer or supersonic, Tried but no answer so I don't know if my messages are getting through...

  Fyi, just back from Easter Holidays and the carousel is working with IE10 and not with Chrome. Bye

  The situation is still the same up now. FYI, in both browser I can't watch video in SupersonicsAds  area, too. Bye

  You can get xtra views sometimes.  When you click on receive 5 views per view, it takes u to a screen that says no offers at this time.  Click on skip, don't panic and it takes u back to the carousel where about 50-60% of the time xtra views pop up.  It is good to try it afer 5pm pacific time, because it seems like they pop up 90% of the time.

  Just for the hell of it have you tried clearing your cache recently? If not do so and see if that helps. Works for me sometimes.

  Until a day or so ago I could open carousel and extra view videos normally. Then some some of the extra view links wouldn't open. now none of the links open . Using IE for some time without problems. Now screwed !!!

  I quit IE years ago, and began using firefox - an excellent free browser.

  On a recommendation, I was told that Google chrome was a better off choice than either, but that advice came from a non-gamer.

  But chrome works fine too, except recently, after their last update, I began having lock ups (unable to operate CAROUSEL videos), so I went back to Firefox to do all my carousel collections and all my problems vanished! I have been cleaning up this week, especially!

  Google still works fine for game play, but FIREFOX has never let me down.

  Others have touted Maxthon, Opera, & Komodo Dragon, but I cannot comment on those.

  Tried Firefox. Videos working but other game downloads eratic, like tournament results,etc.

  have you tried torchbrowser.com  torch browser and as for livegamer never reply 

  send copy to wgt  and let them contact livegamer

  That wont be effective because endless times WGT points you back to Livegamer for all your worries.
