Lately I have received a few requests to play for credits (normally 100). I need to decline as I only have 33 credits).
Anyway, how do you go about setting up a game for credits?

from the game client. Select either match play , skins or Blitz and the select challenge for the game mode. But for match play and Blitz you need at least 100 credits to play a challenge match, Even more for Skins.
