WGT Support and Staff

    Hi all guys.

    As many times happen to see in this threads I would like to join anyone who gives their thanks to the support, staff and mods that rolling insiede WGT. This is my personal and sincere thanks, another one for support and staff team and another one to the people who crossed me in greens or forums.

    Been passed nearly 18 months and everyday I got the fortune to pass here 1 hour to distract myself from life and work. No metter if encounter issues or cheaters, I play for fun and company, no big aim but only a type of fun.

    This is for You all, good and bad.

    Even though I have only been working here a short time, I wanted to say thank you for the kind words.  Things may not always be easy or go smoothly, but I promise you we are trying and as a community things are only looking up.

    Great post Fraenkel,

    WGT have given us a great game, so all involved I also appreciate the work they put in.

    No things are not always as rosy as we would like but overall this game should give the players a lot of enjoyment. I have tried to re-focus my posts to positive input - yes we have some issues which need to be addressed but there are enough of these posts in the forums that need no input from me as they are well covered.

    If you play to relax and enjoy, the good shots, the bad shots and the WTF shots all fall into the same category for me - enjoyment.

    Thanks for you answer Db.

    I see that you up coming as new mod and I give you my personal "good luck". It's a real hard-require forum, rich of customers that want only play good golf. If anyone gone piss off it's just because, as you wrote me, things may not always be easy. Plus we got some multi accounters and still not proved cheaters, but I'm the last one who can speak "about problems" for old and great members, this is my personal "thanks and keep it up the great works You all did 'till know". 

    I'm personally really, really fulfill for what I recived untill today from WGT, WGT Staff/Mods and WGT Support. Anytime I got a problem and asked for an answer or a simply customer care I always found the best solution, even in this days, expecially this morning when I got several problem with connection and disconnection.

    Nothing else cordiality and kindness, the best respond for a customer.

    This is what I real thought but my rusted english didn't help me at all, you found the right word that recap my two posts. I'm happy customer right now, a real happy customer and I know that WGT will keep to give us great time and products.

    Great post, Davide. Ben fatto e ben parlato. 

    I joined WGT almost 3 years ago and have enjoyed not only the game, but also some lasting friendships here along the way. I've climbed the ranks to Tour Legend and owned a large club for 2 of those years. Now I run a smaller club with like minded friends who just want to have fun hacking things up. During all that time, I've had nothing but great response from the mods here in the forum. (note: they also appreciate and respond to personal messages, quite quickly, I might add) I was also involved in the WGT Phone Call event that took place a while ago...too bad that didn't become a regular thing as I felt it was a great way to communicate. 

    As an owner, I've always tried to "tow the company line" and put myself in the mods shoes, so to speak. There are times when it's difficult to do this, when things don't quite go our way. It's easy to be an armchair quarterback and call the shots from one side...but the truth is, we don't really know what's going on over there on the other side until one of the mods pops in and replies to a post. 

    Over time, I've seen the WGT forums turn from a fun, positive perspective to nothing but negative mod-bashing comments. It's gotten to the point where a person can't even say anything in support of the mods or WGT without being immediately labeled a turncoat or sympathizer. It's so sad. 

    However, it's posts like these and also seeing new mods coming in, that give hope to those positive people who would like to return to the forum and weigh in with their 2 cents now and then. Keep up the good work everyone!

    Tiffany, a word of advise...when ever you have an issue, always open a new ticket with Customer Service....and THEN....if you don't get a quick 24 hour resolution, send a message to one of the WGT moderators along with that ticket number. They are usually happy to track it down and get an update on your issue.

    WOW !!!

    A POSITIVE thread.....can you believe it !!!!

    My hat is off to the Mods........ would you want the job ?  Not with this group of "The Glass is Always half empty" creeps around here. They'd complain if you Hung 'em with a New Rope !!

    It's a GAME.......... for once........Try and Enjoy it ........ I do !!
