You can turn it off under menu game options.  It won't tick off shots if you do.  I may only use it when I need it as I try to hit as close to 100% as often as possible.

It's there, you just need to make sure you scroll all the way down.

I have been trying out the shot pal.  I like it in terms of where you can better set you shot for distance but as someone else mentioned, the number of lines can easily confuse you, in my opinion the jury is still out on this one.

    I tried 20 shots - minimum buy.

My impression is that it may be a most valuable aid when calibrating clubs - you will never get a more precise 50/60/70% shot than with this pal.

In regular play, IMHO, too many shots are wasted being 100%, all drives and at least the second shots on Par 5s, and 95% approach should be possible without it. Thus there are only a few special shots left, in short game, and this doesn't look effective to me.

It's also a rise of 5 crs per nine hole round of 50 shots. Not much, but it adds over time.

For me the number of lines is not an issue. I don't really pay attention to any of them except the 90% line. Because it is the less than full power shot between 90% and 100% that I watch. Easily set the power to what every percentage between 90% and 100%. With chips pitches and punched wedges I use avatar movements so I just tune out the lines when playing those shots. But no matter how precise you can set the power if you don't have a good handle on figuring distance need based on wind speed, direction and elevation nothing will help you much.

You are too precise for me Born.............I just grip it and rip it and hope I guessed right.  If it works for John Daly and Bubba Watson, it's good enough for me.

I'm just waiting for the WGT HoverCart to be available.
