  I am starting to suspect that some of the more outrageous attackers have some kind of ulterior motive for making those attacks.

   

  Amen John, i get the feeling that these folks are trying to protect what they are using, and will go to any lengths to deny any existence of these. I know how you feel Bro, as i too have given up on commenting on 1 such thing in these forums as well.

  hopefully you will change your mind John because I like reading your posts. the important part of a forum is not whether we agree or disagree with what someone posts, but the fact that they are able to post freely where others can interact and debate points of view or differences of opinion in a civilised matter.

  sometimes the environment gets a little heated but i prefer to let things out rather than keeping things bottled up.

  having said that, i've had no quarrel with anything you've posted but even to those i've had run ins with in the past, then i still like to see them active in the forums.....there's never been any hard feelings from my end.

  By posting links to such cheat devices just fuels the fire for the cheats who wants to use them, or some one who has "thought" about using some sort of cheat but doesn't know how or where to find any, links to such cheat software might give them an opportunity to use such devices.  No one should even mention them, the LESS said about cheat software or especially where to find them the better.  I've had it up to here ↑ with cheat this or cheat that.  Ever since WGT was formed you'd have people saying "how the heck can BIB score so low, he must be cheating" and now new players see these cheat software links they jump to conclusions that thats the way low scores are possible (not hour after hour of knowing this game inside out) and If people find out that some sort of software is out there, you're always going to get a minority of 5HIT PLAYERS who cant do it on their own (the ones who have to play x box and cheat to get UNLIMITED LIVES etc etc) and give the MAJORITY of good honest players accusitions that we're all using some sort of software too.  These players cant be that good with the cheat software anyway and Its the same players that win tournaments anyway, THE ONES THAT HAVE PRACTICED & PRACTICED, not the shortcut, 2nd account or cheat software crew.  The less said, links to and discussions about cheats the better, let them rot in their own 5hit.  We can all use our own cheat software, Its called a BRAIN & Slow meter balls.

  How many times I've been in heated arguments in forums, you have to take whats said with a pinch of salt.  Sometimes I'm wrong, sometimes I'm right, but whatever happens I never hold no grudge about any one, and also you're always going to get 1 or 2 who like to argue or have a go just for the sake of arguments sake.  Its only a WGT forum,  If you're wrong or right, todays forum post is tomorrows chip shop wrapping (doesn't work does it/LOL) who really cares???  No point dwelling on anything, just learn for next time and If you need to make a point, make sure you have evidence to back up the point

  My opion, who gives a rats ass?  If they have to cheat so be it, as long as it's not taking credits from me who cares. Your not going to tell me that the big names you always see at the top are cheating. 

  They don't I know a lot of top players and trust me they play the game as it was meant to be played. They get fed up with the meter issues just like all of us, they say they might quit just like we all do, but in the end they know it's just a faze and it will pass and they move on.

  So why not leave this subject alone and concentrate on issues that will make the game more enjoyable.

  Just my 2cents.

  John, forums are a good thing and most contribute to them quite well.  There are some, however, that resort to personal attacks rather than intelligent debate, and that goes for any subject matter.  Your contributions that I have seen have been good to read and informative of your expressed opinion.  If every one would contribute as you do, instead of some of the arrogance and self-righteous displays of character, everyone would learn more and just maybe people with open minds would further their own understanding.

  I see far too many condescending comments on here from far too many people.  That is sad and it keeps people from using and reading these valuable pages of information.

  As far as cheats go, they exist everywhere, in games and in life.  The Cheaters however, are the real losers as they never truly master anything.  Cest La Vie

  Well, to cheat or not to cheat, seems society as a whole is ready to forgive cheaters, give them a second chance, i have a slight problem with diferent types of cheating going on here, I really dont believe I have played with a Player who has a program for enhanceing play, I dont play live against to many people who break 30 in to many back to back games, I dont believe we have a big problem in the open course games , when you join a game or create one., and everyone knows nobody can keep a secret, If we knew of someone cheating with a program, he would be exposed quickly, trust me nobody can keep a secret, now when you see a player playing for money in ready goes and in tournments and shoot outragous scores, then play in regular game and shoot normal good score. I would watch him, I believe if there is a program, it most likely takes time to set up each shot. people who can't afford a slower ball, think were cheating because we use nikes, or better gear, or putter pal. The biggest cheat I see going on now is people having multiple avitars to gain credits and then gift themselves things, I dont believe this will be fixed because my grand kids play, use starter clubs and gift me balls or putter pal. on same computer. but see i know we all know this because no one can keep a secret. and I have looked out there to see if cheats really existed and I havent ran across any real ones, then again I didnt spend hours looking.
