  A couple of weeks ago, I attempted to get 1,190 free credits by registering , signing up for a 'free credit score",....which I in fact did successfully complete all the requirements. My credit score was posted,..and the survey came to an end,....however my credits were not awarded.

  I telephoned the "Credit Score" people, and related my issue to an agent,..who assured me that WGT was solely responsible for issuing the credits,....and she said that they "(Credit Score) were not pleased about what my issue was....and I was told they would look into it!

   

  Yesterday, when I logged in....I noticed my account was i,190 credits richer,...apparently someone hit the right buttons,....so I must write that I've posted several complaints regarding un-awarded credits , as many here have,....and I'm  COMMENDING  WGT for resolving my issue at this time! I'm giving credit where credit is due...pardon the play on words!

  I'll bump this one back  up.

  I recently didn't receive 2700 credits through one of the Trial Pay offers. After a few emails (not many) it was all sorted and the credits hit my account today.

  A quick response from WGT who pointed me in the right direction, and Trial Pay I have to say were excellent, normally got a reply from them the following day and seemed to actually want to help.....just have the proof that you are owed them and there is no hassles.

  So....as this forum has enough complaints at the best of times...have this one as a pat on the back.

  Well done WGT and Trial Pay (doubt TP they read this, but emailed them anyway)....you can all take the rest of the day off !

  It's good to hear. All but once I have  received my credits and I've done dozens of offers and surveys.
