    YankeeJim:

Say what you will about deviations and such and how they affect this game  but I defy anybody that watches the Masters to say this game doesn't replicate the real one to a very high degree.

I have an immense appreciation for the effort WGT makes with this game.Watching  the Masters reinforces it for me.  :-)

Tiger just ricocheted his ball off the flag stick into the water hazard on his 3rd shot to the par 5 15th hole...

    Case closed!

If Fred Couples goes on to win, and I can guarantee he will be in the hunt come Sunday, nothing would make me more happy.

It's only a matter of time till some old fart beats up the children in a major.

The man has over come plenty of obstacles, including 250,000 a month alimony, and he has a swing that everybody wants.

The slow play issue is dead, the group was 2 holes behind and they were piling up behind them, He may not of been the only issue in that group, but he definitely did not have the knowledge to circumvent the rule like the rest of them.

The other groups can take as long as they like as long as they keep up with the group ahead of them. I know in my own experience, nothing screws with your momentum more then rushing through the hole to wait on the next tee. You are much better off to play at a pace that keeps with the group in front.

Great post YJ and it sums up WGT for me. I played today and was playing very well and still had shots that I thought were perfect to fall short - yes real golf has VEM too.

Hello WGTdbloshoe;   Have you got any eyeballs in the pro shop I could purchase?   Mine have got plenty of spin.   They rotate from 2 computers & a tv but the durability is wearing down fast.   I think I have enough dots for distance with 2 more days of some great golf.  ----   just dandy

Tiger could be disqualified due to a "rule interpretation" from his drop on 15 when his ball hit the flagstick and went in the water.  I think he should be good but we'll see what the officials say about "as nearly as possible"  to his last shot when it was about 2-3ft?
