my partner is banned for what

  im esssys partner leah.

  how long is he banned for and what for...spent lots of money on here he has.

  I play not all the time well hardly,and im disappointed in wgt after all this money from es and good suggestions for yor game and now you have banned him.

  all I can say about this im even upset,,i watch him playing a lot of the times and the game s great.

  but what is really going on.
