I need help. I need to to how to tier up so i can buy better clubs. I think i might be doing sometning wrong. i have plenty of credits.

Just keep playing and posting ranked rounds and your scoring average will come down naturally. As your average comes down and you reach certain scores you will receive promotions to higher tiers and you'll be able to browse a wider selection of club options.
You need to play better. As your average score gets lower, your tier will change. (Damn, I got beaten to it)
