Hey guys, I'm new and am wondering what clubs should I use and what courses and games I should play until I'm Level 50 or Master Tier or something along those lines.

I was planning on getting a decent set of irons and maybe a new driver.

Welcome Duic, great way to approach the forums. There are hundreds of fantastic people on here more than willing to help you, especially with that attitude. I am just a hack Legend, not worth a flip. Read the FAQ's, and watch your post. Your cup will be filled over with suggestions from some of the best in WGT. Enjoy.

Had a quick look at what you have equipped in your bag. Change the Ez-swing to the regular clubs to start with. The how to is over  there------------------>>> in the FAQs

Firstly, welcome to WGT, I hope you have a long and happy time here.

Secondly, ditch those EZ-Swing clubs, they're the worst thing you could possibly use to hit a ball with.   There are a couple of other sets of clubs in your bag, at least I think there are.  Go for whichever has the most dots for precision, forgiveness and so on, dots are your friends.  There's also a full set of clubs available for 99 credits in the pro shop, these will be a big improvement on whatever WGT gives you for free.

Renniw already gave good advice about reading the forums, there is loads of good advice here, you just need to find it.   And if you get a game invite (not for credits) from a legend or tour legend never turn it down, like any sport you will learn a lot from playing someone better at it than yourself.

Thanks for the tip Zio. Also, just wondering when should I actually buy some clubs? I've read in a few places to wait till Level 50, but wouldn't that be too long?

Some crazy lady will come along next and tell you to start with 3 equally spaced wedges before you invest in woods and irons. She talks a lot of sense, you should listen to her. :-)

Duic, I had a few of my gifting credits left, check your bag, equip your new full set of clubs and enjoy WGT. Suggestion, ditch the hybrid and get a 3rd wedge. This is not the crazy lady, this is renni. Sorry Court, had to clarify that with our new member. Only way I could help ya Duic because I suck at this game. Best advice, make friends and have FUN.

Sorry to say, no decent clubs available at level 11 IMHO. You're lucky to have been donated.

I'd tell any player who doesn't know better to stick with the priceless Starters until level 47, except for two short wedges on the way - Ping or better.

The third wedge will only become useful when the PW will be above 100 yds eventually.

    Regardless of the equipment:

    Have fun!!

Thanks Renni for the clubs. Great to see an online community that is friendly, and not trying to rob all my money or find out my credit card details. Thanks Renni so much.
