So I start a new ready-go and first thing I notice is that the ball that I have is the last one in my inventory and that the "hit count" is low on it.  I get through nine holes and the ball "has been taken out of my bag".  Now I have other Nikes that I JUST purchased Saturday in my bag.  However, it defaults me back to WGT Starter Balls.  I want the use the Nike balls that I used my hard-earned $$$ to buy and continue the tournament seeing how I have a good score so far that will put me in the money.

My question:  How do I get the Nikes equiped since the tournament is started?

You don't, although you should have got a pop up that said this is the last ball would you like to buy more? In other words you could have bought another sleeve of balls you started the game with. We have all done it, finished a RG with plastic balls  LOL

It's the one ball directive that is used in most real life golf competitions. You aren't allowed to change to a different type of ball mid round. Rather than disqualify you, WGT allows you to finish with a starter ball so you gain no benefit.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a "ready-go"?

Reading the FAQs will help with that.

    What are Ready-Go Tournaments?

Ready-Go Tournaments are structured to have a maximum of 50 players per tournament. As soon as 50 players enter the tournament it will be closed for new entries and a new tournament with the same parameters will automatically be created for players to join. Ready Go tournaments are available for stroke play and Closest-to-the-Hole formats.
